About the University of Wales Trinity Saint David

UWTSD offers a wide range of campus-based and online programmes in Humanities, Engineering, Business, Education and Art and Design at campuses in Lampeter, Carmarthen, Swansea, Cardiff and London. Qualifications range from PG Certificates to PhD.

Our campuses in Swansea offer programmes from the Faculty of Architecture, Computing and Engineering, Art and Design, Business and Education. We have a wide range of specialist facilities including glass, textiles and ceramics workshops and engineering labs. All programmes have a focus on employability and many have industry-based projects or direct involvement with employers.

The Faculty of Humanities and Performing Arts is mainly based in Lampeter which is also the location of the Roderic Bowen Library and Archives which house the Special Collections which include medieval and post-medieval manuscripts and incunabula. The Faculty of Humanities offers a wide range of distance learning programmes that range from PG Cert to PhD. There are also specialist distance learning tutors for our students learning Latin and Greek. The Carmarthen campus hosts some of our Humanities and Education programmes, most of which are available part-time or asblended learning.

Most programmes require a minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree or recognised professional qualification, however applicants with significant work and/or life experiences are encouraged to apply and will be considered on an individual basis.
